Hello, I am Trina Diane
I fell in love with weddings and event planning while when I lived in Chicago. It all started as most… helping out with your friends weddings and events at church. After spending so much time planning details for others, I saw that I was blessed with a gift that God wanted me to use to help serve and bless others on one of their most important days of their lives. I planned weddings and events for 15+ years in Chicago before moving to Arizona 8 years ago.
I came to Arizona to retire, and well God had other plans for me. I met my AMAZING husband James L. Burkhalter, Jr., and we relaunched my wedding business in 2022, and started his photography business in 2023… What a plan!! When we are not planning weddings or taking photos…we love spending time together, hiking, working out, serving in church, or just acting silly, enjoying pizza and watching movies.
I have so many favorite wedding moments. I love them all…. The couple’s first dance, whether it be before dinner or to kick-off the dance floor. I love this intimate moment in a room full of their closest friends and family. And planning all the tiny details leading up to the day that no-one really knows about, LOVE IT. What I get to do is so rewarding all in itself, It is such a euphoric feeling when the planning just all comes together!

Corporate Events
We know the importance and the weight events can hold. It might be one of the most important days of your career, and we don't take that lightly. So it's our priority to always be there for you and your team, listen to your expectations, to create a celebration that exceeds your expectations.
Planning a well organized event of every kind of “Celebration Of Gatherings” can often take anywhere from 150 plus hours or more. A Planner will help to prioritize your time to make sure it is used in the most efficient areas of the planning, from the communication of all your vendors, to the crafted timeline, enabling you to make the best informed decisions. As your Planner, I will take on the heavy lifting and walk in the role as your consultant to guide and give suggestion to you through the process at whatever stage you are planning. I will provide essential information that will help you confidently choose your best preferred location, and vendors, to help you stay on track, and manage your budget effectively. The stress levels involved in planning a wedding or event can majorly decrease when you make the decision to hire an Experience Planner.

You will know when its the right fit and so will the planner you have decided on. It’s like an extended bestfriend and it won’t be hard on the journey of your planning. You will just get each other, and the vision will be clear to you both.

After our initial discovery call we will put together a customized package and quote with a flat rate that will reflect the planning package for your event.

NO! We Love weddings as that was our 1st love. We are continuously growing, and we cater to a healthy clientele of both weddings and various events.

YES! We will attend vendor and a site visit with you. Depending on where you are in your planning, we will for sure do a site visit. Overall we want to be with you on this journey to make sure you make the best choices.

YES I DO! We have 2 or 3 team members to help with your event depending on the size and all the moving pieces that are needed.

YES I Will Be There. It is very crucial that we attend and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal in conjunction with your Officiant. It is automatically included in every package. Unless your church has specific rules about their team running the rehearsal, we will then be present to ensure we understand how to proceed and respect the house policies to assist accordingly.

YES! LOVE IT! I know at times other planners may not want to be available for these kind of details. We understand the creative mind of just Doing It Yourself! We also know that it can become a bit overwhelming and taxing for you. We can help you master your projects and allow you to enjoy the rest of the planning , as much or as little as you want to handle.
